It is a conference for digital stuff in Education. The two workshops i’ll be conducting are stuff i do at Casa da Música with some software i developed myself!
During the week between 13th and 17th of April, Miso Music Portugal, will be celebrating 25 years of existence! Happy Birthday!
On the night of 15th of April i will have a piece played, part of a big piece composed of several small pieces of several composers. The name of the performance is Cadavre Exquis!
It will take place on the Instituto Franco-Português, starting at 21:30, in Lisbon.

This Saturday, the 3rd of April at 21:00 in Casa da Música, i’ll be conducting an Ensemble playing the Gamelan with robots! This ensemble is part of a big “orchestra” made with more ensembles such as a choir and other special instruments. Some of these instruments were develop by Luís Girão, Rui Penha and Rolf Gehlaar!
Viagem is one of the outcomes of the project Instruments for All initiated byEducational Service of the Casa da Musica, Porto. Essentially, Viagem is a structured collaboration designed and envisioned by Rolf Gehlhaar; it is a reflection the creative impetus and skills acquired by the players on these new instruments. A short narrative inspired by A Viagem do Elefante by Saramago accompanies the performance, as well as some visuals by the artist-designer Vahakn Gehlhaar-Matossian.
